WHAT DO I NEED TO BECOME AN APPROVED PARTNER?
Firstly, NOT anyone can join us. We have a team of humans making the decisions. It is not a box ticking exercise. We look at each application in it’s own right.
We require a copy of your up to date Public Liability Certificate, we insist on a minimum cover of £5,000,000 in case of accidents
We validate your relevant trade certificates
We ask you to agree to our expected work standards, processes and procedures
We ask you to sign the Emergency Repair UK Health and Safety statement
Our network performance team gives you the final approval
HOW DO WE MONITOR OUR APPROVED TRADES?
All of our Emergency Repair UK Network Partners will be asked to use our Emeregency response system which is designed to make your life easier.
This system issues you your jobs and allows us to see how the job is progressing. Our response system allows you to upload photos of the job before, during and after so we have a record of the work. It also allows you to tell us of any parts / extra time which has been used so we can bill the customer whilst you are at the job.
Finally it allows the customer to electronically sign off they are happy with the repair.
